"You will either step forward into growth, or you will step backward into safety" . I heard a story of a girl who had a dream to start a particular business in her locality. This business idea was rare because no one has ventured into it before in that region. So, she was scared to hell for all the negative reasons why it may not succeed. She hesitated, procrastinated about when to start. Friends came to encourage her with beautiful blueprints of how to go about it but she just couldn't. She talked of how inadequate she was. Maybe, i need to go get some more certifications before I launch. And finally, someone else launched the business in that same locality. Built it in a few years and it became an establish brand. Now, she beat herself for not starting her dream which is now succeeding excellently with someone else.
